I always keep coconut milk and cream in my gocery cupboard. It adds wonderful flavour to meals and baking. I also use the oil at bath times, it make my children's skin feel like velvet.
Take a handful of almonds and 500ml of distilled water and grind them up in a blender. Then run the mixture through a sieve and you will be left with a glass of nutyy almond milk.
I grind my chia seeds with a mix of other nuts and seeds and keep them in a glass jar in the fridge. This way they are always ready to add to my breakfast of fresh fruit and kefir.
